Getting started
Your first course
Finding one, doing it, and coming out the other side with a certificate.
The five steps
-
1. Find a course
Search the library or browse by subject. Anything your school has assigned you is already in your own list.
-
2. Enrol
One click. It appears in your list and stays there.
-
3. Work through it
Screen by screen, at your own pace. Close it whenever you like — it remembers where you got to.
-
4. Take the assessment
Every question must be answered. There is a pass mark, and no way round it.
-
5. Collect the certificate
Pass and it is issued to your record straight away, ready to download or print.
While you are in a course
Can I stop and come back?
Yes. Close it whenever you need to. When you open it again it puts you back where you were.
Can I do it on my phone?
Yes. The same course works on a phone, a tablet or a desktop, and your progress follows you between them.
Is there a read-aloud option?
Where a course has narration there is a listen control on the screen, with pause and resume.
What if I fail the assessment?
You go back through the material and try again. Nothing is lost, and nobody is told.
