Signing in
How do I create an account?
Most people are invited by their school. You will get an email with a link that sets your password and signs you in. If nobody has invited you and you think they should have, ask whoever looks after training at your setting.
The invitation link says it has expired.
Invitation links do not last for ever, on purpose. Ask your administrator to send it again — it takes them a few seconds.
How do I sign in?
Go to the Teach HQ sign-in page and use the email address you were invited with. If you have more than one work address, it is almost always the one your school uses for staff email.
I have forgotten my password.
Use the forgotten password link on the sign-in screen. A reset link is emailed to you. An administrator at your school can send you one too — but they cannot see or choose your password, and neither can we.
How do I change my password?
From your profile, without signing out.
My name or email is wrong.
Your name you can correct yourself in your profile. A change of email address usually needs your administrator, because it is what your training record is attached to.

Tell us the email address you are trying and what the screen says, word for word.
