Assessments
How many questions do I have to answer?
All of them. There is no partial submission, because a certificate that records an unfinished assessment is worse than none.
What is the pass mark?
It is shown before you start, and it varies by course. Statutory subjects sit higher.
Can I see which ones I got wrong?
Yes — after the assessment you can review the questions you did not get right, which is where most of the learning actually happens.
How many attempts do I get?
You can retake it. Falling short sends you back to the material rather than straight to another go.
Certificates and renewals
Where is my certificate?
In your record, with every other certificate you have earned here. You can download or print it as often as you need.
Can I print it?
Yes, from your record.
Does training expire?
Some does, because the guidance behind it changes. Where a course has a renewal period you will see it, and your school can be reminded before it lapses.
The name on my certificate is wrong.
Correct your name in your profile, then tell us the course. A certificate carrying the wrong name is worth nothing to an inspector, so we would rather reissue it.
